Be Part Of A High-Performing Team:
Join a manufacturing operation undergoing a major facility-wide transformation. This team is redesigning plant layouts, integrating new technologies, and launching updated processes to modernize engine rebuild operations. The environment is collaborative but fast-paced, requiring engineers who can operate at scale and influence plant-wide outcomes.
This is a high-visibility role supporting strategic operational upgrades with long-term impact.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Lead plant-wide layout redesign and integration initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Spearhead large-scale production launches, including ramp-up and ramp-down strategies.
- Integrate new technologies and processes across the entire facility — not just isolated cells or lines.
- Drive value stream mapping and Lean transformation initiatives across departments.
- Own time studies, line balancing, and work measurement to optimize full-plant throughput.
- Develop comprehensive resource modeling (labor, material flow, equipment, space planning).
- Partner with operations leadership to execute major manufacturing transitions.
Are you a proven Senior Industrial Engineer with plant-wide integration experience?
Required Experience & Capabilities:
- 7+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience (strong preference for senior-level exposure).
- Demonstrated ownership of plant-wide integrations, facility redesigns, or large-scale production launches.
- Experience leading full-site layout transformations — not limited to departmental improvements.
- Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement at scale.
- Strong ramp-up/ramp-down planning and execution experience.
- Proven ability to assess total plant resource requirements (labor models, material flow, equipment capacity).
- Experience influencing operations leaders and driving change management across functions.
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level visibility comfort.
