How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead a multi-initiative AI program portfolio spanning commercial, R&D, clinical, and enterprise functions
  • Drive governance routines, facilitate AI Council meetings, and ensure clear decision-making
  • Evaluate new ideas, assess readiness, and support strategic prioritization
  • Guide concepts through early-stage lifecycle phases including discovery, design, and proof-of-concept
  • Run efficient, outcome-driven meetings with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Communicate program status, risks, and key insights through well-crafted presentations
  • Anticipate challenges, escalate appropriately, and maintain strong alignment across teams
  • Manage vendor coordination and support PMO operational rhythms

Do You Bring Proven Success in Leading Enterprise Technology Programs?

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12+ years of program or project management leadership
  • Deep knowledge of program fundamentals—planning, risk management, governance, stakeholder engagement
  • Comfort working in fast-changing environments with ambiguous or evolving requirements
  • Demonstrated strength facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise executive presentations
  • Skilled at managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical discipline preferred)

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience overseeing AI, machine learning, digital innovation, or emerging technology initiatives
  • Life sciences or regulated industry exposure
  • Hands-on involvement with POCs, rapid prototyping, or iterative delivery models
  • Vendor management experience
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile credentials
