How You Will Make An Impact

  • Facilitate the opening and servicing of new customer accounts, including checking, IRAs, and CDs.
  • Conduct customer interviews and ensure proper documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Process teller transactions efficiently, operating within prescribed limits and authority.
  • Assist in daily audit certifications and support internal branch campaigns for cross-selling banking products.
  • Provide leadership to support staff and communicate effectively with management regarding training and service issues.
  • Navigate complex problems and deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Do you have the expertise to lead in New Account Management?

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management within financial institutions or similar settings.
  • Associate Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of account documentation and experience with retail and commercial banking services.
  • Proficiency in using computer software including mainframe systems and word processing/spreadsheet applications.
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Solid mathematical skills and ability to manage complex transactions accurately.
