How You Will Make an Impact

• Partner with business leaders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-driven reports.
• Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets from multiple sources.
• Deliver high-quality, timely reports to executives, driving strategic and financial insights.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with audit standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed BI into core business decision-making.

Are You a Proven Business Intelligence Professional?

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, finance, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of BI and data analytics experience.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to present data findings to senior management and executive audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor/Syteline highly desirable).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
