Territory Manager – Medical Device | PNW | High-Growth Opportunity

Are you ready to step into a full ownership sales role in medical device and build something from the ground up?

We’re hiring a Territory Manager to lead and grow a large territory in the Pacific Northwest. Candidate may live in the Seattle, WA or Portland, OR areas.

1. Territory: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana

• Travel: ~75-80%

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the territory and drive revenue growth
• Prospect, build, and expand new and existing accounts
• Conduct in-office education, product demonstrations, and training with providers
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to rebuild and grow a recently vacant territory
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and account expansion
• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and scale the region

What You Need

• 2+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience
• Strong work ethic with a “build it from scratch” mentality
• Coachable, competitive, and highly self-motivated
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel within the territory

Compensation & Perks

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$110-120K+
• Salary: $65-70K
• Significant upside beyond OTE for top performers
• $700/month Car allowance plus gas card and travel reimbursement
