Territory Sales Manager – Medical Device Sales

We’re partnered with a rapidly growing medical device company expanding its field sales team nationwide. They are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to grow adoption of an innovative wearable medical device designed to improve quality of life for patients managing chronic swelling and lymphatic conditions.

What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a defined territory through full-cycle consultative selling: prospecting, meetings, product demos, in-services, and follow-up
- Build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, therapists, case managers, and referral sources
- Conduct in-home product demonstrations with patients and support onboarding
- Serve as a trusted resource to clinicians on treatment pathways, reimbursement processes, and product utilization
- Develop strategic territory plans to maximize referrals, revenue growth, and market penetration
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and territory reporting through CRM tools
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of successful medical device or healthcare sales experience with documented performance success
- Preferred experience selling pneumatic compression devices (PCD), compression therapy, lymphedema products, vascular products, or related therapies
- Strong understanding of referral-based selling models and navigating complex healthcare accounts
- Proven ability to build new business and manage long sales cycles
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a field-based sales role
- Bachelor’s degree
What You Get
- Base salary: $85K
- Uncapped commissions (First-year OTE $175K+; top Territory Managers earning $275K+)
