Our client is an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company expanding its commercial team in Oregon. This is an opportunity to build on an established customer base, expand the company’s presence within the VA healthcare system, and make a meaningful contribution during a critical growth phase.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a territory covering all of Oregon
• Build relationships with VA physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, and prosthetics departments
• Drive adoption of an innovative home-use medical device that improves patient outcomes
• Develop new business while strengthening relationships within existing accounts
• Create and execute a territory plan to expand market share and achieve sales goals

Territory & Travel

This territory includes all of Oregon. While you'll inherit an established customer base, this is primarily an expansion territory, offering significant opportunity to develop new relationships, grow market share, and build the business across the state.

Eugene is the preferred home base. Candidates based in Portland or Medford will also be considered, but should expect additional travel to cover the full territory.

Expect up to approximately 50% travel, including overnight trips, as you support account growth, develop new business, and establish a strong presence throughout Oregon. Travel requirements will vary based on your home location and account needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• $120K base salary
• Expected first-year earnings of $175,000–$200,000
• Uncapped commissions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven sales success and the ability to independently manage and grow a territory
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and account management skills
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel throughout Oregon, including overnight stays
