Territory Sales Manager – Advanced Wound Care | Acute Care (Dallas-Focused Territory)
We are hiring an experienced acute care sales professional to manage and grow a high-opportunity territory anchored in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. While the territory includes parts of Oklahoma and Shreveport, the vast majority of the business and growth potential is concentrated in Dallas.
This is a well-supported role with existing business, realistic travel expectations, and strong benefits from day one.
Territory Overview
- Primary focus: Dallas–Fort Worth metro area
- Territory also includes Oklahoma and Shreveport
- One established account in Albuquerque, maintained with travel once or twice per quarter
- This is not a multi-state, constant travel role
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow acute care hospital accounts across the territory
- Call on key stakeholders within hospitals, including value analysis, supply chain, and clinical teams
- Navigate GPOs, IDNs, and distribution partners effectively
- Maintain existing business while identifying opportunities to expand Advanced Wound Care adoption
- Plan and execute territory strategy with a strong focus on Dallas-area growth
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven acute care sales experience is required
- Experience selling into hospitals with a solid understanding of GPOs, IDNs, and distribution
- This is not an entry-level role; candidates must bring real-world hospital selling exposure
- Ideal for a strong associate-level rep or early-career acute rep
- Motivated, organized, and comfortable managing both existing accounts and growth opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: approximately $80,000–$85,000
- Commission: approximately $66,000 at plan (uncapped)
- Total compensation range: $145,000–$150,000
