Senior IT Analyst

Remote with weekly travel to London | £45,000

A travel insurance business with a strong customer mission and a Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 accreditation is looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join a small, collaborative IT team.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety and ownership. You won't be a cog in a large IT department. You'll be the person people come to.

What you'll be doing

Keeping systems secure and running, supporting internal users, managing third party suppliers, running vulnerability scans, assisting with UAT, and managing IT assets and infrastructure. There's also website and bespoke application support in the mix.

What you'll need

• A solid background in Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint.
• Experience managing cybersecurity in an SME environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ITIL certification and experience in a regulated industry are a bonus, not a dealbreaker.
