Project Manager Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering (Remote)


We are seeking Project Manager within our Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering team to manage Cloud and Infrastructure projects for running some highly intensive applications. This role requires a seasoned Project Manager familiar with Cloud


Responsibilities


  • Oversee technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet predefined standards.
  • Lead and coordinate infrastructure and data center projects.
  • Guide project teams across various specialties.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and other issues.
  • Manage project scope and budget.
  • Create and maintain project status reports.
  • Track infrastructure project tasks and service delivery.
  • Liaise with application teams.
  • Schedule meetings with application teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Document meeting minutes.
  • Monitor project health.
  • Define and track milestones.
  • Review processes and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, corporate policies, and best practices

 

Experience Required:


  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager within Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
  • Ideally AWS Cloud certification
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical abilities, with a knack for understanding complex technical issues.
  • Solid grasp of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Proven experience managing AWS Cloud projects.
  • Hands- on experience with onpremise or collocated data center upgrade/migration projects.
  • Skilled in creating and working with dashboards and BI reports.
  • Proficient with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Familiar with DevOps practices.
  • Adept in using project management tools and techniques like Jira, Agile, and MS Project.
  • Experience with ADO & Kanban methodology.
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Project management certification.


This role pays up to $180k + bonus + benefits depending on experience and location. You must already be based in the US or Canada and fully eligible to work.
