What You’ll Do

Model Development & Engineering

• Architect custom ML and LLM models for batch and stream-based pipelines
• Build end-to-end NLP solutions including RAG, search/retrieval, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
• Collaborate across data science, MLOps, and tech teams to deliver robust, scalable systems

Model Evaluation

• Design and implement tools to assess performance, reliability, and optimization strategies
• Continuously improve model efficiency and effectiveness

Production Deployment

• Work alongside MLOps to push models into production, ensuring stability and scalability

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or similar
• 1+ years developing data-driven solutions using ML, NLP, GenAI, and computer vision
• Advanced Python skills and hands-on experience with Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
• Deep understanding of transformer-based NLP models and LLM fine-tuning
• Proven experience implementing large-scale retrieval—from keyword search to semantic embeddings
• Familiarity with trends in open-source LLMs and Generative AI platforms
