Senior Data Scientist – NLP, LLM & GenAI

Ready to push the boundaries of AI? We’re looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with expertise in NLP, Large Language Models, and Generative AI to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and fine-tune LLMs, NLP, and GenAI models for real-world applications.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and optimize search/retrieval systems.
• Partner with engineers, product teams, and MLOps to bring models into production.
• Evaluate, optimize, and document models to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Solve complex challenges with innovative ML solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• 2+ years of experience building transformer-based NLP models.
• Experience with semantic search, embeddings, and large-scale retrieval systems.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and GenAI trends.
• Bonus: Contributions to open-source projects, Kaggle competitions, or research initiatives.

Compensation: $130K–$170K base + annual bonus + full benefits package.
