Lead ML Engineer - Generative AI

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy production‑grade generative AI solutions.
• Build and optimize large‑scale distributed systems and automated pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI into real‑world applications.
• Establish best practices and knowledge bases to guide future innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in machine learning, data analytics, or related fields.
• 5+ years writing scalable, production‑level code.
• Strong expertise in MLOps, cloud platforms, CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration tools.
• Experience with distributed systems, ML architecture, and microservices.
• Bonus: hands‑on exposure to generative AI use cases.

Compensation & Benefits (US‑based)

• Base salary range: $108,000 – $210,000, depending on experience and location.
• Annual incentive plan eligibility.

This role is based in NY and is a hybrid role, you must already be in NY or NJ.
