Portfolio Management Lead


A senior leader is needed to drive IT strategy, portfolio governance, and enterprise‑wide prioritization for a global digital services organization. This role oversees the full lifecycle of digital initiatives—ensuring investments are aligned to strategy, resources are allocated effectively, and the portfolio delivers measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking for the digital portfolio

• Develop multi‑year IT roadmaps and strategic “gameplans” aligned to organizational goals

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for portfolio and project oversight

• Build dashboards and reporting for real‑time visibility into portfolio health and key metrics

• Map staffing and costs to systems and initiatives to support informed decision‑making

• Monitor performance against KPIs and strategic objectives

• Facilitate executive‑level prioritization and decision‑making

• Lead and develop a high‑performing global portfolio management team


What You Bring

• 10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management, program management, or IT strategy

• Proven success managing large, complex digital portfolios and transformation initiatives

• Strong governance, planning, and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities

• Expertise with portfolio and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project)

• Deep understanding of resource allocation, investment tracking, and risk management

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Relevant certifications (PfMP, PMP, PgMP, ITIL, Agile) preferred


The role requires someone onsite X3 days per week in Columbia- MO, Centreville-VA, or Southfield- MI locations. The position will pay between $150-200k per annum + bonus + benefits
