Head of Program and Project Management

A senior leader is needed to run the centralized PMO for a global digital services organization. This role oversees all major programs and projects, ensuring consistent governance, cross‑functional alignment, and high‑quality delivery across a complex portfolio of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise PMO using a hub‑and‑spoke model to standardize project governance
• Oversee execution of all projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery
• Manage cross‑organizational dependencies and proactively mitigate risks
• Develop and refine project management processes, standards, and methodologies
• Drive clear, timely status reporting and executive‑level communication
• Ensure SOX and audit compliance across all project activities
• Lead project reviews, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global team of PMs, program managers, and business analysts

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs and PMO functions in global, technology‑driven environments
• Strong background in project delivery, dependency management, and cross‑functional coordination
• Expertise in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2, etc.)
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders
• Experience integrating compliance requirements into project practices
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and talent‑development capabilities

The role requires someone onsite X3 days per week in Columbia- MO, Centreville-VA, or Southfield- MI locations. The position will pay between $150-200k per annum + bonus + benefits
