A well-established global financial services firm is seeking a driven and commercially minded Corporate Sales Executive to join its international team. The company provides bespoke financial solutions to help businesses manage currency exposure and streamline cross-border transactions.
The Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. The team works closely with internal stakeholders including Trading, Compliance, and Risk to ensure seamless delivery of FX products such as Spot, Forwards, and Options.
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support. You’ll act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering tailored FX solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the 360° sales process: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across various sectors
- Collaborate with the Trading team to support client execution and strategy
- Stay informed on market trends and economic developments
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records in line with data protection standards
- Meet and exceed performance targets across multiple timeframes
Compliance & Risk
- Partner with Compliance and Financial Crime teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Conduct thorough KYC checks and ensure suitability of products offered
- Liaise with Risk and Trading teams regarding credit facilities
- Identify and manage potential conflicts of interest in line with regulatory expectations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of institutional client needs and FX market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with FX products (Spot, Forwards, Options) is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Language Requirements
- Full professional fluency in any of the following - Dutch, German, French, Polish, Italian as well as English is essential
This role will be onsite in Amsterdam, happy to consider people relocating. The position will pay between €50-80k + bonus/ commission + benefits.
