Head of Digital Experience
An opportunity for a strategic, globally minded leader to own and elevate the end‑to‑end employee digital experience. This role oversees all end‑user technology—including devices, collaboration platforms, support operations, and workplace tech—ensuring a seamless, consistent, and modern experience for a worldwide workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead the global digital workplace strategy
• Oversee end‑user devices, lifecycle management, and workplace technology
• Lead global helpdesk operations with a follow‑the‑sun support model
• Own collaboration platforms (M365, Teams, Zoom, Slack) and drive adoption
• Standardize global processes while supporting regional needs
• Partner with HR, Security, and Facilities on onboarding and employee enablement
• Manage global teams, vendors, budgets, and service performance
What You Bring
• 10+ years in digital workplace, end‑user computing, or IT service delivery
• Experience leading global teams and large‑scale support operations
• Deep expertise with collaboration platforms and endpoint management
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and operational leadership
• Experience in large, multinational environments with diverse user needs
The role requires being in office for X3 days per week. The role can be located in Centreville, VA, Southfield, MI or Columbia, MO locations. The position will pay between $180-220k + bonus
