Senior Key Account Manager, Enterprise | Childcare SaaS | London
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by tens of thousands of childcare professionals and hundreds of thousands of parents to run their daily operations. They are hiring a Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of their largest and most complex UK enterprise accounts.
This is executive-level account ownership, not book management. You'll build multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders, drive expansion and retention across the most valuable partnerships in the business, and directly influence how the wider Key Accounts team operates.
What you'll be doing
- Lead our client's most valuable and complex accounts with an executive-level approach, building deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders
- Design and deliver long-term account strategies, driving expansion, retention and strategic alignment
- Identify and close significant upsell opportunities through deep commercial and consultative work
- Support onboarding, peer reviews and skills development for other Key Account Managers
- Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales and CX, aligning internal teams with client needs
- Own forecasting and portfolio reporting for leadership, with clarity on growth, risks and outcomes
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in a similar senior account management or key account role
- Executive-level communication, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and handling high-stakes escalations with maturity
- Strong commercial sharpness, understands what drives growth and takes ownership of outcomes
- Strategic and creative thinking, able to align customer objectives with business goals
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and comfortable analysing customer data
- London-based, on-site
