To fuel our growth, we need a steady, no-nonsense Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our fully remote team! As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors, ensuring their success and happiness.


Your accountabilities will include overseeing campaign performance, nurturing client relationships, allocating budgets, and strategizing with our Marketing Manager to develop effective tactics.

You'll be the point of contact between Ballistic Arts and our amazing clients, delivering monthly reports and conducting customer reviews to optimize their digital presence.

Responsibilities

Our agency supports a large range of clients from multiple sectors. You will have the following accountabilities for the clients you support:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients: allocate budgets, oversee campaign performance, daily communication, attend monthly progress meetings and oversee client success (high NPS Scores)
  • Act as the point of contact between Ballistic Arts and the portfolio
  • Deal with day-to-day communications with clients and escalate concerns or resourcing issues to the project manager
  • Build effective strategies and tactics each 90 days to support client objectives through the entire customer lifecycle for the portfolio
  • Work closely with the team lead to ensure strategies can be achieved within the constraints provided
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to clients
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual customer reviews
  • Manage, analyze and oversee optimizations for paid ads, email campaigns, SEO, and content creation.
  • Strategize ways to make data driven iterations to support development of client objectives and digital marketing strategies eg. A/B testing


Skills and Experience

The right candidate for this role is a strong creative player who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role
  • Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role is required
  • Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
  • Strong client-facing experience, with interpersonal skills, including active listening and problem solving
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
  • Must be able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to iterate ideas quickly and use data to quantify decisions
  • Previous experience in a Marketing Account Manager or Client Manager role is a bonus


Compensation and Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Base Salary: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 CAD per year

Bonus Pay: Maximum 15% of base dependent on achieving client objectives on time and within budget, and client NPS scores
