Our client is looking for a Project Management Lead to manage and coach a team of Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of all of their website projects. This role will oversee resourcing, forecasting, revenue tracking, and reporting, while also driving process improvements and change management initiatives.

The Project Management Lead will work closely with senior leadership to efficiently execute projects and will be involved in account management, including scoping and leading client interactions.

Experience with Forecast App and Jira is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Management

• Lead and coach the Project Management team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and PM scrum sessions to ensure resource availability and resolve blockers.

Project Scoping

• Participate in client calls to represent the company's capabilities and set reasonable expectations on scope and timelines.
• Oversee key client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
• Support PMs with risk management and proactively address issues affecting budgets, timelines, staffing, or client satisfaction.

Resourcing & Budget Management

• Manage and allocate resources across the production team.
• Forecast capacity versus demand to identify and address potential resourcing issues.
• Secure additional support when necessary and adjust budgets for scope changes.
• Prepare and approve schedules to keep projects progressing efficiently.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Lead client calls to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Align project objectives with broader business goals and manage client expectations.

Process

• Maintain and improve processes and documentation to enhance project delivery.
• Implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce errors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for Project Management platforms (Forecast App and Jira).
• Drive change management initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within website development or digital production.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing and coaching a team of project managers.
• Proficiency in project management tools, especially Forecast App and Jira.
• Strong understanding of revenue tracking, financial forecasting, and budget management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client calls effectively.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience in implementing process improvements and driving change initiatives.
