Position Overview:
They are looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager to lead client accounts and play a key role in driving their success. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and guiding client strategies, leading campaign planning, and ensuring the highest level of service and results. Additionally, you will provide support on new client proposals and pitches, and assist with the hiring and onboarding of new team members. This role reports directly to the Agency Director/Founder and is vital to the ongoing growth of both their clients and Popcorn Media.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Content Creation (45%)
- Develop and execute client strategies, oversee marketing campaign planning and execution, monitor and analyze campaign results, present insights and opportunities to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to deliver integrated, high-quality services.
Client Management & Relationships (30%)
- Manage client projects from kick off to launch, build strong relationships, and ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
- Handle client onboarding/offboarding.
Leadership (15%)
- Create SOPs, and support hiring and onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams ensuring alignment with strategic goals and high client satisfaction for impactful campaigns.
- Update the Agency Director/Founder on client status, team performance, and business opportunities.
Support Business Development (10%)
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitches, and identifying new client opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven experience leading client strategy, executing digital marketing and PR campaigns, and driving account growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, PPC, PR) and business development.
- Strong project management experience including onboarding/offboarding clients, managing client accounts, and overseeing team operations.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented, professional, and positive attitude, fostering strong relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
