We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who enjoys building production software, solving complex technical problems, and finding smarter ways to work with AI. You’ll contribute across the application stack while helping develop scalable systems and new AI-powered capabilities.

Background Profile

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• 3+ years of Node.js development experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks, MSSQL, Docker, and AWS.
• Experience working with REST APIs, SOA principles, and microservice architectures.
• Regular use of AI-assisted development tools as part of your engineering workflow.
• Experience delivering LLM-powered product features is highly valued.
• Comfortable using GitHub for pull requests, branching, merging, and code reviews.
• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred, but not required.
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered as no sponsorship is available

What You’ll Work On

• Own features from development through deployment and ongoing support.
• Build reliable backend services and user-facing functionality using Node.js and modern JavaScript technologies.
• Develop and integrate APIs and services within a scalable microservice environment.
• Help bring AI-powered capabilities from concept to production while using AI tools to accelerate development.
• Partner with Product, QA, and other engineers to turn requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Review code and provide feedback around quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Work with Docker and AWS to deploy, operate, and monitor applications.
• Investigate production issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Contribute ideas that improve engineering practices, development processes, and team productivity.
