- This role requires up to 25% paid travel within US and Canada (Average 1 week a month)
- Several positions open for the new year due to growth
Salary range 60K – 75K depending on experience
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Management, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field is required.
- At least 3 years of hands-on ERP Implementation experience to end-users is required, which is managed by phone, email, web support, and sometimes in-person when clients are on-site. Software training experience could also be helpful.
- Strongly prefer SQL query writing experience.
- Must have excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills.
- Must have exemplary professional customer service, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, and/or warehousing processes are bonuses.
- Must be able to travel up to 25% and be authorized to work in the US without restrictions or the need of sponsorship.
