In this Hybrid, Direct Hire, Director of Human Resources position, you will be first point of contact for employees to lead the Human Resources function & Team. Additionally, the Director of HR will foster an employee-centric

culture, ensure compliance with labor laws while aligning organizational goals with HR Operations. The position is both Strategic & Tactical Leadership over all HR functional areas & leading the HR Team.

  • Salary: $125,000-150,000 | Depending on Experience


Background Profile:

  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources executing HR Generalist duties
  • 3 or more years’ HR People Management Experience building & leading high performing teams
  • Your progressive HR career includes managing multiple HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits & compensation
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related – highly preferred
  • HR Certification: SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP – highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR Best Practices, Employment Law in Multiple States
  • Must be able to cultivate and manage relationships with internal & external customers
  • Must demonstrate exemplary conduct and set a positive example as a servant leader while promoting a “Best in Class” Employee Experience and Candidate Experience.
  • You describe yourself as an “Outgoing Communicator, People Leader & Negotiator” who has a passion to build “community” and develop strong team relationships
  • You  thrive in a Fast-Paced environment with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Advanced Experience with HR Software Systems & MS Office Suite – UKG is a PLUS
  • Must be a Permanent Resident | U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered
