  • Hours: M-F | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Location: Hybrid in North Phoenix | Remote except will work Onsite every other Tuesday
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
  • Target Start Date: 3-30-26

 

The Contract to Hire, Hybrid Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties supporting the human capital department with recruitment. You will post new positions via PeopleSoft and various job boards, Coordinate and track pre-employment background screening & drug testing, sending out the Predictive Index, pre and post onboarding forms, processing I9’s, completing reference checks, scheduling interviews, and other duties assigned.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years’ HR Administrative experience focused on recruitment and hiring
  • OR 6+ years’ HR Administrative experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen + Ability to pass background & drug screening
  • Experience working in a fast-paced high-intensity environment
  • Ability & Willingness to commit to Regular & Reliable Attendance
  • Exceptional Communication & Customer Service Skills and a Team-Player who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
  • Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail
  • Good Technical skills with the ability to work in multiple software programs at one time
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel
  • PeopleSoft experience - a Plus
