Salary target: $50K - $55K base + bonus (based on personal performance)

Location: Hybrid with 2 days in Scottsdale office

This will be a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, the ideal candidate will need to have the following key requirements:

• Life Insurance producer license preferred or must be able to pass the exam for AZ Series 13-31
• 2+ years customer service experience
• 1-year Life Insurance Producer experience
• Strong data analysis skills, experience with a CRM preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Local Candidates to the Metro Phoenix area ONLY
