Salary target: $55K to 60K base + bonus (based on personal performance)

Location: Hybrid with 2 days in Scottsdale office

This will be a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, the ideal candidate will need to have the following key requirements:

• Life Insurance producer license required
• 2+ years customer service/other related work experience
• Strong data analyses skills, experience with a CRM preferred
• High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred, not required)
• Local Candidates to the Metro Phoenix area ONLY
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Current U.S. Green Card holder to be considered, no sponsorships
