In this Hybrid Full Stack Engineer role, you’ll help design, build, and scale a core platform for an AI-powered business management product.
You’ll work across backend systems, frontend applications, and mobile experiences, playing a direct role in shaping both the product and the tech stack.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a cloud-based platform across backend, frontend, and mobile
- Develop and ship features end-to-end across web and mobile applications
- Create scalable APIs and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
- Write tests, maintain documentation, and ensure system reliability
- Continuously improve performance, scalability, and development processes
Background Profile:
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL
- Solid frontend experience with Vue, Nuxt, React, or similar frameworks
- Hands-on, recent experience building and maintaining React Native apps
- Experience with Expo, Xcode, and Android Studio
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
- Experience deploying to AWS and working with serverless environments
- Strong understanding of system design, security, and engineering best practices
- Proven ability to ship high-quality software quickly
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Startup or early-stage product experience a plus
- Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered as no sponsorship is available for this role.
