This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a proven track record of scaling companies from $10 million to $50 million in revenue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to building and leading a high-performing accounting department.

Location: Onsite in East Valley office location
Salary: $115K - $125K DOE + Discretionary Bonus + PTO & Paid Holidays + Monthly Benefits Stipend
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of Controller experience in $25M - $50M revenue size companies
- Must have experience scaling a company from $10 million to $50 million to $100M+ revenue
- Proven track record of managing financial operations across multiple entities and industries
- Expertise in financial software and systems, with the ability to implement scalable solutions.
- Strong leadership skills, including experience managing and developing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
