Salary: 85K-105K

Background Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering customer software implementations, onboarding, or managing client-facing projects within a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated success managing multiple implementations simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines
• Maintain a live portfolio of 12 to 15 concurrent implementations
• Must have strong project management and strong data analysis skills
• Able to clearly demonstrate how AI tools are incorporated into daily work to improve efficiency, productivity, or quality
• Strong Excel skills with experience using functions and working with large datasets
• Skilled at collecting, organizing, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Confident facilitating customer meetings, implementation sessions, and software training for both virtual and onsite audiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build productive customer relationships
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, including working with tables and records preferred.
• Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area and open to working on-site (West Phoenix) for the first 60 days, then M/W/F.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered, as no sponsorship is available
