In this direct hire, hybrid, Director of Program Management position you will lead engineering programs and grow client accounts, including all program phases, lead the engineering team, and manage client satisfaction. You will also look for new business opportunities with existing clients, manage project budgets, and make sure technical work is delivered on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Client & Sales: Manage client relations, solve project issues, and find new ways to grow revenue with existing accounts.
• Team Leadership: Interview, hire, and coach engineering team members while balancing project workloads.
• Project Execution: Set project goals, manage risks, and balance quality, cost, and deadlines using data.
• Financials: Create project budgets, handle contract pricing, and track financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a technical field
• You bring Strong Communication & Leadership skills and are highly organized & detail-oriented.
• 5-10 years of Program Management experience overseeing projects with 5 or more team members
• 5+ years Full Cycle Client Program fulfillment experience including growing existing client accounts, order generation, fulfillment & execution
• Aerospace Industry & embedded software experience
• MUST be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to be considered.
