As the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the center of how to plan, spend, and grow. Supporting 10 departments, you’ll own budgeting, forecasting, procurement analysis, and data-driven insights to help optimize spend and
unlock savings. Additionally, your financial expertise can keep the company disciplined while spotting opportunities for even greater performance. This position is designed for someone with both sharp technical skills and a strategic mindset — someone who can manage today’s numbers while preparing for tomorrow’s opportunities, including potential M&A.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage budgets for 10 business units, ensuring alignment with company growth goals.
- Drive forecasting processes, identifying trends and risks before they appear on the P&L.
- Conduct procurement and cost analysis — highlighting savings opportunities without sacrificing quality.
- Partner with department leaders to interpret data, improve decision-making, and drive accountability.
- Support strategic initiatives, including potential M&A evaluation and integration.
- Develop financial models and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to executives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record with budgeting, forecasting, and procurement analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn numbers into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills — able to partner with leaders across multiple departments.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to grow into a Director of Finance role as the company scales.
- Strong command of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, scenario analysis).
- ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar).
- Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- SQL or other database querying skills a plus.
