Salary range 55K- 62K depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Support position providing technical support for computer hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, hardware connectivity, desktop operating systems and software applications.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, Teams Chat or ticketing systems.
- Responsible for setting up and troubleshooting all hardware, to include user workstations, laptops.
- Assisting with Conference room setups.
- Working with end users, to get their cell phones setup when needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and warranty work on laptops, PC’s and printers.
- Responsible for securing all hardware and verifying inventory.
- Escalate more complex or persistent problems to higher-level support staff when they cannot be resolved at the first tier.
Background Profile:
- At least 2 years of IT experience of either enterprise-level Service Desk role or Hardware Support role
- Associates Degree, A+, or MS certification required
- Experience with Windows Operating systems and efficient with Windows 11
- Basic network configurations or how to find network addresses and what to use to identify them
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs and Microsoft operating systems.
- Working knowledge of IOS setup for cellular devices.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be open to working on-site AND to travel to Austin (paid) periodically.
- Must be a US citizen to be considered as no sponsorship is available for this role.
