We are seeking a hands-on Senior IT Manager – Manufacturing to lead site IT for a new manufacturing facility, from commissioning through production and ongoing operations. You’ll partner closely with the Plant Manager and work directly with manufacturing, engineering, and equipment vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology across the site.
You’ll also lead the manufacturing data strategy, integrating OT and factory systems into a data platform that provides near-real-time visibility into production, equipment, quality, and KPIs. The role will partner with corporate IT and business technology teams on ERP integration, identity and access management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and shared IT services.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $150K–$165K
- Bonus: 15% (160% of target achieved last year, with potential up to 200%)
- RSUs: $30K–$50K conservative estimate with a 3-year vest
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred but not required
- 10+ years of IT experience in manufacturing environments
- Serve as the primary IT leader and point of escalation for all site technology issues.
- Experience owning at least one complete MES implementation from commissioning through steady-state operations
- Strong ERP experience
- Experience designing and implementing high-volume, high-velocity data integrations with a backend data lake
- Experience with modern data and visualization platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Manufacturing-site infrastructure experience
- Strong vendor-management and project-execution capabilities
- Experience in discrete electronics or power-electronics manufacturing, including inverters, power supplies, drives, EV components, or similar products
- Experience developing or supporting systems providing serialized traceability and component-level genealogy for regulated or warranty-sensitive products
- Must be able to work fully on-site in Southeast Phoenix
- Must be able to pivot, communicate effectively, and take a hands-on approach to solving problems
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to be considered; no sponsorship is available
