The Contract Staff Accountant reporting to the Director, Accounting & Financial Services, will perform a variety of general accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, audit schedules and other duties as assigned.

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1-2 years Staff Accountant experience (5+ years Staff Accountant experience in lieu of degree completion)
• Proven experience performing general accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations and audit schedules
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles – preferred
• Oracle experience or other large ERP system like SAP, Workday, ADP
• Advanced proficiency with Excel including Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
• Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• You would describe yourself as a “Self-Starter” with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate with all levels within an organization
• You thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced & ever-changing environment and are “Self-Motivated” while executing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card status to be considered for this position
