The Direct Hire Talent Partner will source, recruit, pre-screen, interview & recommend top talent to leadership for Sales, Service & Support positions across 20+ states. You will own the talent acquisition lifecycle and drive continuous improvement while building & managing a strong talent pipeline. You will create and execute “Out-of-the-Box” Recruiting & Sourcing Strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while aligning talent & business goals and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Background Profile:
- High School graduate or GED required; Bachelor’s degree - Preferred
- Human Resources Certification or PHR - Preferred
- 3+ years of Full-Cycle Recruiting experience within Insurance, Financial Services or Sales industries
- You are a Motivated Self-Starter with Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- You enjoy building relationships with candidates & hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- You are Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented with an ability to manage multiple requisitions at one time working within a fast-paced environment
- Proven results sourcing, building & maintaining a pipeline of passive talent using LinkedIn, Indeed & other “Out-of-the-Box” Strategies
- You are Tech Savvy with HRIS & ATS Systems – Dayforce experience is a Plus
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent U.S. Resident - No sponsorships or C2C will be considered
