In this, Direct Hire, Maintenance Manager role you will use your strengths in strategic growth while managing the maintenance division within a property management company. This division handles all property maintenance such as, remodels, plumbing, electrical, forecasting costs, bidding jobs and “turnovers” when residents move out, etc. This role will take ownership in growing a large maintenance division!

Salary $75K - $85K DOE + Profit Share + Healthcare Benefits Monthly Stipend

Location: Fully in office will be located in the East Valley - (Travel not required but fleet vehicles are available if/as needed)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, will strongly consider directly related experience in lieu of degree
• Must have maintenance management experience in a property management or closely related industry
• Must understand numbers, profitability, and have had success scaling maintenance divisions
• Currently manages 10 direct reports and growing!
