We’re seeking a talented Full-Stack Staff Engineer to help build and scale our client’s AI-powered platform.

In this role, you’ll work across the entire stack to design and deliver reliable, scalable software while creating intuitive user experiences in a technically complex but deeply human-centered environment.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop modern AI-driven applications, implement scalable architecture, and ship high-quality features that make a meaningful impact on operations.

Salary range – Depending on experience

What You’ll Bring

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
• 7+ years of experience building and delivering production-grade full-stack web applications.
• Hands-on experience developing and operating LLM-based or agentic AI applications in production environments.
• Deep backend expertise with Java and the Spring Boot framework, including building scalable APIs and services.
• Strong frontend development experience using React and TypeScript to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to modern cloud infrastructure.
• A passion for building software that balances technical excellence, usability, and real-world impact.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be open to working in-office.
