We’re seeking a talented Full-Stack Staff Engineer or Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale our client’s AI-powered platform.
In this role, you’ll work across the entire stack to design and deliver reliable, scalable software while creating intuitive user experiences in a technically complex but deeply human-centered environment.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop modern AI-driven applications, implement scalable architecture, and ship high-quality features that make a meaningful impact on operations.

What You’ll Bring
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is required.
- 3+ years of experience building and delivering production-grade full-stack web applications.
- Hands-on experience developing and operating LLM-based or agentic AI applications in production environments.
- Deep backend expertise with Java and the Spring Boot framework, including building scalable APIs and services.
- Strong frontend development experience using React and TypeScript to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications to modern cloud infrastructure.
- A passion for building software that balances technical excellence, usability, and real-world impact.
- Healthcare and/or MedTech experience strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be open to working in-office (eventually if in SF)
