Civil Litigation Associate

Our firm is currently collaborating with a distinguished full-service defense law firm boasting 19 offices and over 127 lawyers nationwide.

Seeking an associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in General Liability Defense.

Responsibilities include directing and leading files, providing initial analysis, developing case strategy, conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements.

Strong teamwork and communication skills are required.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree, and current member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
