Associate Attorney – Labor Relations
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Labor Relations to join their San Francisco office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Attorney who would like to assist in growing a practice under the mentorship of the team’s current Partners.
Requirements:
· 3-6 years of labor relations experience
· Experience with contact administration and enforcement, including grievance arbitrations
· Experience defending against unfair labor practices before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred
· Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions
· Admitted to practice law in the State of California
Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 plus bonus
