Temp to hire role with growth opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (9-hour shifts)
• Friday: Off at 3:00 PM

Pay:

• $20.08/hour

Key Responsibilities-Fabricator

• Measure aluminum extrusions for cutting and fabrication
• Assemble cut aluminum and hardware into doors and frames
• Check materials against orders and perform visual inspections
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety standards for self and others, including customers and contractors
• Produce high-quality work with attention to detail
• Ensure orders stay on schedule to meet customer deadlines
• Follow direction from supervisors and team leads
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements-Fabricator

• 2+ years of fabrication, manufacturing, or construction experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Skills-Fabricator

• Experience using power tools (electrical, hydraulic, air-powered equipment)
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
