Partner - Antitrust and Healthcare

• A leading AM Law 100 firm seeks an experienced Partner to join our thriving Antitrust and Healthcare practice in New York City. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in antitrust matters specific to the healthcare industry, particularly hospital systems.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic counsel to healthcare clients on complex antitrust issues
• Lead high-stakes litigation and regulatory investigations
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in the healthcare sector
• Develop and implement antitrust compliance programs for hospital systems
• Manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives
• Mentor and develop associate attorneys
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements
• Qualifications:J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
• 10+ years of experience in antitrust law, with a focus on healthcare/hospital systems
• Strong track record of successfully handling complex antitrust matters
• Proven ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships
• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
• Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Preferred Experience:Prior partnership at an AM Law 100 firm
• Experience with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and market dynamics
