Our team is actively hiring for an Assistant Project Manager based out of our regional office in Boston, MA.
The ideal candidate for this position will have prior construction experience focused on ground-up Multifamily/Mixed-use and/or Senior Living/Assisted Living projects while employed by a GC or Developer Builder.
Compensation / Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Requirements:
- College degree in a construction related field
- Prior experience as a Project Engineer or APM working for a GC or Developer Builder on multifamily projects
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, & finalizing projects within deadlines and budgets
- Oversee material & equipment procurement, manage project budgets, & participate in budget forecasting
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Assist Project Manager with project schedules & reporting
- Proficient in reading blueprints
- Assist with project-related paperwork including permit applications, change orders, and approvals
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking
- Knowledge of construction codes and the building process as a whole
- Build proactive relationships with all parties involved throughout the building process
- Assist with project closeout documentation and final inspections
