We are seeking a qualified CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in Camp Hill, PA.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely follow all operating procedures
• Change programs and set tools as needed
• Operate overhead cranes and material handlers
• Lift, push, and pull materials
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Work in multiple roles alongside teammates to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Maintain inventory counts
• Operate basic hand tools
• Maintain schedule flexibility

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CNC experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC programming experience
• Pipe threading experience
• Previous CNC production experience
