Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney – Employment Litigation to join a growing office in New Providence, New Jersey. This is an amazing client-facing opportunity for attorneys seeking a partnership track to work under the mentorship of partners and senior associates.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of employment litigation experience, prefer 2+ years of Labor & Employment litigation experience
· Experience with drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions
· Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey
Base Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 + Bonus
