We're a General Contractor that has been in business for over 20 years specializing in building ground-up Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Corporate Offices, & Light Industrial projects ranging up to $50M+ throughout Texas as well as the entire East Coast Region.

Our team is actively looking to make a long-term hire in our regional office in Houston, TX for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a PM working for a GC building ground-up Commercial, Retail, and/or Light Industrial projects.

Requirements:

• College degree in a construction related field
• 5+ years' experience as a PM working for a General Contractor
• Prior project experience focused on Commercial, Retail, and/or Light Industrial projects
• Proficient with various construction software's such as Procore
• Excellent communicator- both verbal and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, owners, stakeholders etc.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion on time and within budget
