Required Experience

  • 7+ yrs B2B sales in product/parts/manufacturing environments
  • 3+ yrs people leadership (inside/outside sales)
  • Proven revenue & customer growth success
  • Strong pricing, margin, & sales process discipline
  • KPI-driven sales leadership
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., NetSuite)
