We're a MEP Subcontractor based in South Florida specializing in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing services focused on large-scale Commercial and Multifamily Residential projects throughout Florida. Majority of our business is generated from repeat clients including well-known General Contractors and Developer Builders throughout the state.

Our team is looking to make a long-term hire for an HVAC Project Manager to oversee our South Florida projects. This position is based out of our main office and will cover a territory of Multifamily Residential projects ranging from Port St. Lucie to Miami.

Compensation / Benefits:

• Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
• Monthly Vehicle allowance or Company Vehicle

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC Systems, Design, & Installation
• College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field is a huge plus. Equivalent career experience is also acceptable.
• Prior project management experience focused on Multifamily Residential HVAC projects
• Ability to manage a team and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Effective communication skills- both written and verbal
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong value add, but not required
• Willingness to travel on occasion (projects range from Port St. Lucie to Miami)
• Ability to work outside of a typical 9-5 work schedule if needed to hit project deadlines
