Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Direct hire position

We are seeking a hands-on Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, preferably in a foundry or heavy manufacturing environment.

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (including straight-time overtime)

Responsibilities: Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor

• Lead and support a team of 3–5 maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Promote a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications: Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor

• Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills
• Foundry, metals, or heavy manufacturing experience preferred
