The New York office is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years (i.e. class of 2019-2016) of law firm experience to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. Strong transactional experience on M&A or financing transactions is required. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients. The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $295,000 to $400,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.

Associates who join laterally participate in an enhanced mentor program, which specifically focuses on the unique needs experienced attorneys face during professional transitions.
