We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to help lead our residential clinic specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to individuals suffering from PTSD. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and collaborate with other stakeholders to develop and implement effective treatment programs. Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, vision, and strategic direction to the clinical team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular team meetings, promote open communication, and address any challenges or concerns.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development through mentoring and training opportunities.
- Support staff in the management of complex cases and provide clinical consultation as needed.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, including community organizations, hospitals, and mental health professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to develop integrated care plans.
- Represent the clinic at conferences, seminars, and other professional events to promote the organization and share knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A masters degree in a mental health-related field.
- Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or psychologist in the state of FL.
- Preferably some experience in the diagnosis and treatment of PTSD.
- Proven leadership experience, including staff supervision and program development.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for PTSD and familiarity with trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and industry standards in mental health care.
