Production Team Lead – Manufacturing
Role Overview
- Lead and coordinate a production team to meet and exceed daily shift goals
- Work hands-on alongside the team while providing leadership and direction

Maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery
- On-the-job training provided
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate team activities to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production
- Communicate line performance, issues, and needs with Production Supervisors
- Lead team improvement efforts to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality
- Train, coach, and develop team members; support corrective actions when needed
- Participate in Daily Operations Meetings (DOM) and share updates with the team
- Assist maintenance, engineering, and controls when working on assigned lines
- Ensure accurate completion of production reports, downtime logs, and maintenance records
- Maintain clean, organized machines and work areas
- Model strong leadership, accountability, and professional conduct
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required)

3+ years manufacturing experience required. Absorbency industry experience a huge plus.

1–2 years trade school or college (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in team-oriented, fast-paced environments
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Ability to use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Comfortable operating production equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Basic computer skills preferred

Pay Range:
$21.05-$29.05
$1.50 shift differential for night shift positions
Schedules:
12-hour shifts
Straight night shift
7:00pm-7:00am
Only scheduled to work 15 days a month!
